Welcome to our Christmas version of LIVING IN ENGLISH by DEB. Like I said last weekend, I want to shake things up a little! Like shaking a snow globe! We start with two Christmas carol meditations written by Dr Don Nicholls. I include these meditations in response to the question, “what significance do these songs have to Christmas?” They tell us everything about the purpose and meaning of Christmas. So, I would argue, that this is the most comprehensive study in Christmas culture! Even bravely articulates our tongue twister, which is sort of related to the Christmas theme:  It was chaotic in the kitchen while frying chicken! Before our half hour station break, I have inserted an audio clip from my conversation with our guest today, Mr Gideon Loewy. Mr Loewy is originally from the UK, trained in architecture in Scandinavia, and works in our Taichung community as an architect and designer, professor and creative artist amongst many of the other community functions he is involved in.
