It’s a bittersweet moment to finally show you the final part 3 of my interview with Carrie Kellenberger from My Several Worlds. It’s been quite the journey to learn about how Carrie managed to overcome all the hurdles along the way to finally get to a good place where she is now where she is surrounded by a team of doctors/family/friends who support her through dealing with Ankylosing Spondylitis, Psoriatic Arthritis, fibromyalgia, and chronic pains. What’s even more amazing is she’s created a patient-centered hub/community through My Several Worlds by sharing her personal experiences for others to learn from. Not to mention she’s brought our attention to two very important causes (Taiwan’s #DisabilityInclusion campaign as well as Walk Your A.S. Off) I have the utmost respect for this superstar here!

*僵直性脊椎炎（Ankylosing Spondylitis 簡稱 A.S.）是一種原因不明的免疫系統異常所造成的慢性發炎性疾病，可影響中軸脊椎關節，尤其是薦腸骨關節，及周邊關節，尤其是下肢關節。
*乾癬性關節炎（英語：psoriatic arthritis ）是一種長期慢性的發炎性關節炎，發生在患有乾癬（一種自體免疫性疾病）的病人身上。乾癬關節炎的典型特徵是整個手指和腳趾腫脹。
*纖維肌痛（英語：Fibromyalgia）是一種以慢性擴散疼痛，患者對觸碰壓力反應劇烈。其他症狀還包括過於疲倦致使普通活動受到影響、睡眠障礙以及記憶障礙。也有一些人報告出現過不寧腿綜合症、大腸激躁症、間質性膀胱炎、麻木和瘙癢，以及對聲音、光、溫度的敏感。纖維肌痛經常與抑鬱、焦慮和創傷後壓力症候群相關，患者也常伴隨有其他種類的慢性疼痛。
*ME/CFS是一種嚴重的、慢性的、表現錯綜複雜的系統性症候群，常造成病人多方面的功能缺損，因而無法維持正常的生活。可能的表現有極度疲倦、認知功能異常、睡眠障礙、自律神經異常、疼痛等，並且症狀會因多種層面的活動（包含生理、思考，甚至情緒波動）而變得更加嚴重。
*腸激躁症（irritable bowel syndrome）為最常見的功能性胃腸疾病。功能性胃腸疾病是指一群會反覆發作，卻無法以解剖、結構上的病變和生化檢查異常來解釋的胃腸病症。
*慢性偏頭痛（Chronic migraine）的診斷為，頭痛發作的頻率每月多達15 天以上，其中超過八天有偏頭痛或緊縮型頭痛的症狀，並且持續三個月以上。
*慢性緊張型頭痛(Chronic tension-type headache) 頭痛是持續三個月以上、並且每個月的頭痛發作天數超過15天
