If you ask any of your Taiwanese friends, they all would know about an English language learning magazine/radio station called Studio Classroom. It was founded by the American educator and Christian missionary Dr. Doris Marie Brougham over 60 years ago. Last year they put out a musical called “The Journey of Love” which was inspired by Miss Doris’ life journey in Taiwan. Longtime Studio Classroom radio/TV host Gabriel Harbour also got to participate in this inspiring musical production alongside a group of his talented coworkers. Obviously, Gabe has been in this industry a lot longer than me so naturally, I was a bit nervous about putting on my best game face for our chat. Luckily Gab was super down to earth and I had a blast getting to know the other Gabe outside of his TV persona. I highly recommend everyone to go catch this awesome musical this upcoming month!
