I swear I didn’t plan this out! We are continuing with the Taiwan mountain theme! Last week we had Adam from Hike Right on our show and it just so happened that this week we’ve invited Sunyi.Hiking’s Anaïs to tell us why she fell in love with Hiking in Taiwan. Her hiking IG account Sunyi.Hiking is filled with stunning images of mountainscapes that are just out of this world! But after seeing some of favorite trails filled with litter, Anaïs decided to take action into her own hands and she started to organize hiking trips combined with trash cleanups. 我們這個禮拜邀請到了另外一位熱愛台灣山岳的美景的登山達人。來自法國 已經住在台灣一陣子的Anaïs。平時放假的時候，她就會到處找尋不同風貌的山林去挑戰。打開Anaïs的IG帳號，不難免會讓你覺得有點驚訝，這麼美的地方真的是台灣嗎？
但是跟著大量的人群進入山林，也帶來了山區環境沉重的負擔（包括了垃圾廚餘、廢排、廢污水等等，嚴重影響生態環境水土資源以及野生動植物的生存）常常在登山的路途在很深，很偏僻，而且又很美麗的景點，還是會看到被隨意棄置在山區的垃圾。因此Anaïs決定自動自發的開始組織一個結合了爬山和淨山的Clean Up & Explore活動，讓所有登山愛好者可以一起減輕人們帶給大自然的負擔。但是最重要的是要提醒你丟我撿的凈山根本沒有辦法解決真正的問題，Anais會在節目裡面給大家一些簡單的建議，從上山前就盡量減量可能會產生的垃圾，到一些無痕山林的小撇步。
