Things are always super hectic at the end of the year, so with last week’s episode content, I actually took recordings my special VIP guest sent me and turned them into what you heard last week. Last December I happened to go up to Taipei to celebrate a friend’s birthday, so I made sure I made time to meet up with my guest this week! And that would be Susie Lee from Episodes #10 & #11! We met up for a cup of coffee and it was like catching up with an old friend that I’ve known for a long time! Such a nice feeling to know you can come across new friends all the way across the globe!
I asked Susie how she would describe her role in life and this was her reply: “Korean American visual artist, serial technology entrepreneur, and single mother of a five-year-old. Living and working in Taiwan. Something like that?” Of course, she nails it like that! That’s why I love this lady! Tune in to find out what Susie’s been up to since she was on our show!
上個禮拜邀請到去年節目裡面的一些VIP來賓來跟我們介紹他們自從上了節目以後他們生活或者是工作上有什麼新的改變！因爲大家年底都很忙，而且再加上平時大家的工作時間都不太一樣，所以大部分的來賓我都是請他們錄製一段音檔給我來製作上個禮拜的節目。
幾個月前我剛好上台北去參加一個朋友的生日慶祝，那時候我特地留了一些時間跟去年的一個特別來賓見面！這個就是去年第10跟11集的美籍韓裔創業家 Susie Lee!
我跟Susie約在一間咖啡廳見面！雖然說我們有看過互相彼此的照片，但是老實說我到咖啡廳的時候我看到一個跟他年紀相識的客人，我還不小心上去主動地跟他打招呼問他是不是Susie。挺尷尬的吧哈哈！雖然說那一次行程有點緊湊我跟Susie聚在一起的時間有限，但是我們相談就像兩個老朋友一樣那麼的自然。我覺得每次跟她講完話以後，我都會重新去思考一些之前自己可能已經決定而且一直執意的東西。然後就會研發其他的好主意！這樣的朋友你說是不是很棒！
常常有些人會說 人到了一個年紀就很難交新的而且又是知心的朋友。我倒不這麼認為！我覺得若是你把自己調整到最好的心態，你身邊一定不缺認識到各式各樣的好朋友。
