用不同方式接觸魚池紅茶

日月潭是國際馳名的觀光風景區,在地種植的紅茶更是因為地理條件優越,產出的茶葉有著國際水準的高品質。 Sun Moon Lake is an internationally renowned tourist attraction. 紅茶與乳酪的美麗邂逅

南投縣魚池鄉阿薩姆紅茶結合乳酪蛋糕的創意,製作過程中最大的挑戰,是口味與口感的「平衡」,阿薩姆紅茶的香氣雖然溫潤、有厚度,但與乳酪的結合並不容易。不加香精、不用色素,要保有紅茶香,又不掩蓋乳酪的濃郁,就需要時間、比例、溫度的精準對話。   Assam black tea has a mellow and thick aroma, and it is not easy to combine it with cheese. We do not add flavors or pigments. To preserve the aroma of black tea without covering up the richness of cheese, we need a precise dialogue between time, proportion, and temperature. The biggest challenge in the production process is "balance": for a cheesecake without flour, tea and milk should each have their own performance without competing with each other. The taste used to be loose, but it was continuously optimized to reach its current state - fragrant tea and smooth cheese coexist in one piece of cake
