B: You’re not wrong. I can’t remember Tainan ever getting this cold before.

A: I thought global warming is supposed to make the world hotter!

B: Sure, the summers are getting hotter, but the winters might also get colder too.

A: How does that work?

B: I am not totally sure, but I heard that the temperatures will be more extreme.

A: We’d better not get snow here! This is supposed to be the tropics!

B: Yes, that would be terrible for the wildlife.

A: And the humans!
