B: So, are you more of a night owl?

A: You got it. I rarely go to bed before midnight.

B: That’s pretty late on a school night! A lark like me could not do that every night.

A: A lark? What does that mean?

B: A lark is a bird that gets up early, so we call people who get up early “larks” as

well.

A: Who would have thought that birds and humans could be so similar?
