▲三個南非小常識：

 

南非位於非洲南端，面積約122萬平方公里，總人口約6000萬人

South Africa, as its name suggested, locates in the southern portion of Africa. It is 34 times the size of Taiwan and is the 23rd most populous country in the world.

 

南非被聯合國稱為"人類的搖籃"，在500萬年前就有原始人類的蹤跡，從班圖人擴張到與葡萄牙人的接觸，接連受到荷蘭及英國的殖民統治，造就了南非多元的文化及語言的多樣性。

Humans have populated South Africa for more than 5 million years, which is why it has such a rich culture and language diversity. United Nations even call South Africa the “Birthplace of humankind”.

 

他們有11種官方語言，其中以英語、祖魯語及南非語最為廣泛使用。

According to the census, a third of black South Africans speak isiZulu at home, making it the largest language among black people.
